Your Consultation: The Most Important Part
Every new client — and every client starting a new colour service — begins with a consultation. This isn’t a quick chat before we start mixing colour. It’s a proper assessment of your hair’s condition, a conversation about your colour history, and a collaborative discussion about what you want and what’s achievable at this appointment.
We’ll be honest with you. If a colour result requires two visits to do safely, we’ll tell you. If your hair isn’t in the right condition for the service you’ve requested, we’ll explain why and offer alternatives. This honesty is one of the main reasons clients come back to us.
During Your Appointment
Whether you’re in for a cut, colour, or treatment, you’ll be looked after from start to finish. We offer beverages, take our time with every step, and check in with you throughout the appointment.
